Office Secretary

Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Part Time 2/3 over 5 days Monday to Friday
Our client is a very busy independent financial firm based in Harrogate. We are looking for an
experienced Secretary to join their existing team, the ideal candidate will have Audio typing
experience, exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Audio Typing
Copy Typing
Making and arranging appointments
Answering telephone calls, enquiries, and requests
General administration duties
Greeting Clients face to face.
Arrange meetings.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a Secretary/Receptionist or Administrator role
Strong IT skills
Audio Typing experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work to tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
